Great day with above average riding. Fast firm powder on a North aspect face near tree line at 1500m. Ski cuts on steep convex roles produced no results just small sluffs. See snowpack for snow profile test results.

Snow conditions were: Powder. Weather conditions were: Foggy. We rode: Dense trees, Steep slopes, Open trees. We avoided: Alpine slopes. Riding quality was good.


10cm 4F sitting on top of surface hoar. (8mm) 1F rounding grains sitting on top of Dec. 7 layer. This layer is down 80cm’s. Knife density below this layer. ECT no propagation on either layer. PST on Dec. 7th layer was 95/100
