Cayoosh cowpokes cruisin'

Enjoyed a romantic summit and ski from Cayoosh. Beautiful day and soft powder in the alpine. Recent snow is poorly bonded to the underlying crust which made for slightly slippery skinning but wonderful skiing. We triggered a small avalanche on the steep slope immediately beneath the summit and observed more minor activity as we skied down the glacier. Unfortunately due to the snowpack instability and timing constraints we did not go for the couloir. There are some small, open creek crossings, but nothing that required taking skis off.
