Numerous natural avalanches on N aspect in past few days in alpine, at and below tree line. Quick pit at 2000m on N aspect, 150 Hs, revealed a layer of concern down 70 cm- CTE 7 SC. Snowpack surrounding pit settled noticeably on this layer while filling pit in.
