Quick Observation

Skied a steep line along Coldwell creek early morning before the storm really got going. 1 small pocket of windslab (10cm thick) released between ski tracks but otherwise just sluff. Lots of older debris in the bowl north east of pump peak (we suspect it slid during the last storm wednesday with only a few cm of soft snow on top). Crown on the fan of Coldwell creek was 1.5m tall at its tallest point. Did a few lower angle laps as the storm snow accumulated, began to notice cracking around noon with about 10cm of new snow.
