ECT gave confidence in our slope choice. Saw remnants of slab avalanches recently per other report notes near top of round. Textbook coastal powder day
Snow conditions were: Deep powder. Weather conditions were: Cloudy. We rode: Alpine slopes, Mellow slopes. We avoided: Steep slopes. Riding quality was amazing.
Snowpack
Did an extended column test. Two layers 60, 130cm Fracture at 60cm CTH-15. Uneven and no propagation. Second layer 130cm did not budge. 1F throughout. Slope angle 35 NW facing -2.5c ambient
Weather
Visibility decreases and clouds and fog rolled in at noon at 1600m elevation
