Near surface snowpack: No accumulation of new at the parking lot. Transitioning gradually to 2-4cm above 3400ft. New snow resting on a few mm of rain crust, followed by 15cm of PP on top of a messy crust matrix. Liquid precip had yet to percolate through the rain crust as of 9:00.
