Quick report
Traveled on the east side of the compass to 8500’ Very good stability. Looked at a few other objectives in Lick Creek but was rebuffed by creek crossings which are difficult this year. Snow surfaces felt more like March, very warm, calm day in the alpine , the low sun angle is saving our bacon! Wide range of varied snow surfaces. Various wind affected surfaces including minor wind crusts and scalloping in exposed area but less than expected Lots of rollerballs on solar aspects.
