ECTN In our pit we found the following: 65 cm deep New snow followed by one finger hardness crust followed by fist. I don't have how deep these layers were unfortunately. The aspect was SE facing and we were at 8820 ft. I was hitting the column pretty dang hard at the end there with no propagation, however the crust layer followed by the facets is extremely concerning. Found no collapsing, cracking, or recent avalanches. If anyone has feedback on my test or pit I would greatly appreciate it!
