Toured Mt. Judah from ~7100 to 8100’ mid-day. Observed widespread graupel accumulating on the old snow surface through that entire elevation range even in somewhat wind exposed areas. On my descent, the small amounts of new snow (up to 5cm) were easily sluffing off slopes of around 30 degrees or steeper.
