Party of 3 skied the backside of Maggie's and 20th of June morning-afternoon of 3/23. About 1.5-2in of light fresh snow on top of the crust was cracking and shearing on the backside. This aligned with storm slab problem and seemingly oncoming wet loose with temps rising throughout the day. Shearing isolated to the backside (n/nw aspects). Would have been concerning if there was more snow. Travel was still cautious with this in mind. Snowboarder triggered a small d1 slide on the backside on a short steeper aspect that slid about 40yards and was 3-4ft wide at the base. Picture attached. Frontside Maggie's didn't have much snow, lots of rocks. NE aspects did have snow and a light dusting on top of crust, pretty fun skiing actually.
