Quick report

We traveled to 4800’ on the flanks of “Shot Through the Heart” / Chair peak NE Shoulder. Numerous widely breaking crowns from yesterday on Bryant, Bryant couloir, SE shoulder of chair, chair peak basin. 6-10”+ of wet storm snow at Snowlake divide. Mostly overcast kept wet problems at bay until late morning. Around 12:30-1pm there was a wet avalanche cycle. We observed a D2 wet loose off the SE shoulder of Chair that entered Bryant couloir, one into chairpeak basin off couloir on east face of chair, and one that ran almost full path on “Shot Through the Heart”/ NE shoulder of Chair, entraining the snow down to 3/25 crust - I actually signal searched that debris as there were multiple tracks burried in it. Other than wet snow, There was minimal movement of the snow/rollerballs/smaller avalanches wet loose leading up to the larger avalanches. I imagine large wet loose will continue a problem tomorrow until the storm snow has more time to settle.
