Late Start season

We found the widespread, thick, melt freeze crust on our sled adventures today. Sunny slopes at treeline and below started to soften this afternoon and the riding wasn’t actually too bad. We saw lots of evidence of loose wet avalanches on steep, solar, alpine slopes, but these probably occurred more than 24 hours ago.
