Awesome skiing in STS

Pretty much what I would call ideal couloir conditions. Cold creamy boot top powder 2/3 of the way. Some sluffing in the track. The snow changed in the last section at the choke, and the fan was soft moist debris, nothing too bad. Some broken clouds rolled in late morning and kept things a bit cooler. The exit out of connaught was quite enjoyable to ski over nice spring snow around mid afternoon. Anything facing the sun was more mushy. We heard some loose stuff from the surroundings, but didn't see anything go down. There were a few other parties out, some skied on solar slopes.
