Burstall Pass

Overcast day with snow flurries and periods of low cloud /visibility. Good skiing conditions on the ridge at Burstall Pass. Some cornices existed and we avoided then. Whistling Rock Peak is nearby and its giant rock slab was covered with a thin layer of hoarfrost. Down in the dense forest the ski conditions were marginal with a unfrozen creek in a steep gully with incomplete snow coverage.
