Thar south

Day started of foggy and overcast with dry powder (20cm ski penetration), once the sun came out at around 11/11.30 am the previously dry powder got wet. On our ski down, between 11.30 and 12pm via the thar south face we got a lot of wet sluff and observed pinwheeling on steeper terrain (30 - 40 degrees). No other signs of instability observed. Alders in the lower portion are not covered, some bushwalking experience can be gained.
