Quick Observation

Wonderful day of soft snow... Attended to only conservative treeline protected slopes.

Snowpack

A small 2cm soft wind slab was beginning to develop on surface. At 30cm - F5 crystals noted At 45cm - F7 crystals noted At ground level - Graupel Column test Mild reaction at 20cm after 2 elbow strikes. Full failure 120cm deep with 1 arm strike. Repeated the test and noted only the 20cm layer reactive.
