Quick report
Travelled to the last bump before the Eddie's headwall. Some settling/breaking of the crust directly under skis (under the nice soft snow!) on the ridgeline and skiing down toward the trees, but no one in our party experienced a wider area drop or collapse. 4° at the car when we started around 10am, maybe had an inversion. Skied one lap on the more northern facing area, and a second lap more west facing (skiers left of the uptrack) on the way out. Nice soft turns!
Avalanche
New snow/crust release above an existing glide crack on the S/SW face, looking down from the Ridgeline. Another new/old snow interface release higher up on the same aspect under where the headwall ski track normally is, with an additional crack higher up, above the crown (where the ski track often is, but there were no tracks on the slope).
