- <p>No very new glide avalanches, but some older ones. The ones slightly up canyon and down canyon of the Blue Ice area ran a bit farther than usual. Large slightly frowning glide cracks exist 2-300' wide on the slabs north of the Twins. </p>
"Powder" really as window dressing for everything else that was out there before: wind board, mf crust, recrystallized snow on protected northerlies; etc. The new settled 2" of storm snow should rapidly recrystallize as well. See photo below.
