Observation: Rodeo Ridge

Southerly aspects very crusty from sun and wind. Clouds in the morning stopped the easterly face from thawing too much. South faces were starting to soften a bit by midday. Winds were very still until about 1200 and then picked up. Lots of evidence of heavier winds up high including visible blown snow over the top of Ben Lomond.

At the very last run of the day at approximately 6000ft heading back to the nordic track a very small wind slab broke under my weight. No slide just evidence of cracking under foot.
