Quick report
Like yesterday, there was cracking in the soft storm slabs on s-sw slopes between 11000 and 11600. Things were a little more sensitive today, but generally stubborn. Cracks were about 9" deep. Cracks shot no longer than 1m from skis. Did not mark this obs with a yes for "Did you experience snowpack cracking?" The cracks were less than 6' long, and the info icon says only mark yes for cracks if the cracks shoot more than 6'. We felt good about what we saw in our westerly snowpit above treeline and dropped into the Westerly Temptation Chute,
