Quick report

A fun tour trying to once again fight the elkweed for the goods. Them bushes can't hold us back!! Mostly calm day with little wind, light snowfall, some brief periods of sun in the afternoon. No big evidence of slides anytime recently. Above 6000 feet coverage is getting gooood. Below that, hit or miss on deep to shallow. Much sluff but no major slabs from the storm

Snowpack

Thankfully, our warm temps and rain has tamed the snowpack to an almost unaturally reasonable level. Below the mid to low density snow the layers are fairly uniform and solid. The storm snow was consolidating into harmless slabs 4 inches or less. Biggest problem was stuff but easy to manage.
