Quick Observation

Skinned to the summit of Paget Peak and skied from the top all the way to the lake using path 3 (looker's left). The top 50-75m from the summit is currently a bit of a rock maze but we found a way through without much trouble. The slope above the lake path skied very well. The enterance into the path was a little thin and rocky but once in the feature the snow was supportive, fast and creamy. Coverage in the path is excellent until the last 100m where I crossed over to path 2's fan and skied the laneway to the lake. The lake has a lot of water under the snow and it was deep enough to give me a good soaker when I mistakely put my foot down while switching over. Staying on the skin track wasn't an issue though.
