Blower powder on Pauls' Ridge today. There was about 20cm of new, fluffy, and unconsolidated snow sitting over a mix of crust and wind-pressed snow/slabs. New snow was running easily on that old snow surface but wasn't consolidated enough to pose a danger on lower-angle terrain - still enough to sweep you off your feet on a steep slope though. We found another 8cm on the truck in the parking lot when we returned at the end of the day. Hopefully, the next system comes in warm as whatever surface hoar was present is now well preserved by the new snow from yesterday.
