HS 140 ECTX PWL was ~25 cm think near the ground. The grains are 3-4 mm rounding facets but still seemed very loose. I applied a shovel shear after my ECT and the entire column broke with very little pressure telling me that the PWL isn't as strong as we're seeing in the Wasatch.
Snowpack
Most aspects mid elevations are still holding great snow which may be due to the facted snow surface. Wind bored all across upper elevations.
