Quick Observation
Toured up to Perley Rock to assess the extent of the recent cycle and warming. Snow transitioned from moist to dry at approximately 1950m. Surface conditions included a thin crust that became less robust with elevation. Ski quality was decent in the Alpine and became progressively more moist and heavy as we transitioned into treeline and below treeline.
