Bow Summit

Surprisingly quiet at Bow Summit for a Saturday. Great skiing. Powder in the trees and sheltered areas but wind affected and firm above treeline. HS 85cm on SE aspect at ~2270m. Light SW wind. Partially cloudy with light snow beginning at 12:30 and increasing into the afternoon. We did not observe any avalanches or signs of instability. Rocks exposed where snowpack was thin especially in the alpine.
