Dome Glacier

Natural loose wet cycle observed on steep solar aspects in the alpine up to size 1

Surface hoar up to 15mm in size observed from the valley bottom to mountain top. 40-60cms of recent snow overlies previous hard wind affect. HS on the Glacier varied between 200-240cms. New down flow wind effect observed only at ridgetops in the alpine.
