Fresh fifteen - early Christmas present

Conditions exceeded expectations! A nice Christmas eve lap on Ottoman. The 15 cm of snow last night has gone a long way to burying the crust below and seemed to be bonding. Particularly good in sheltered areas below treeline and we stayed out of the alpine to avoid wind effect. We could see strong wind and snow transport on ridge tops and the other group in the area noted poor conditions higher up the basin with wind crust and slabs forming. The road is in good shape with just a few open creek crossings to step over and a bit of an alder bash near the top of the road.
