Quick report

Started hiking from the trail head for Garden City Bowl at 9:30am temps rapidly warmed at trailhead. Throughout the day wind picked up (light to moderate) and made it feel much colder. Although temps were warmer today it felt much colder and snow did not get as wet compared to yesterday. Clouds rolled in throughout the day getting thicker as the day went on. Slopes in the sun were very crusty and difficult to skin on, the North Eastern slopes provided heavy but softer snow that provided fun skiing. Overall there was no observed instability.
