The wind was actively loading at all elevations above 6500 today. Winds were primarily from the west but were swirling and affecting the snow in unexpected locations. Test slopes would slide fairly easily and cohesively with ski cuts. The bowl slid naturally between my first and second lap and was rapidly reloading. The sun came out briefly and also affected the snow below 7500 feet.
