Cracking
isolated

Very minor cracking on upper skin track shoulder (N aspect) of MB. No collapsing. Set off a very small wind slab SS-AR-D1-R1-S-8200 on the skier’s left (S aspect) wall of the upper gully while trending back to the skin track. Ran <10 meters. Minor cracking underfoot on N aspects throughout exposed Mail Cabin. Wind effect on surface increased as the day went on. Very minor cracking on upper skin track shoulder (N aspect) of MB. No collapsing.

Snowpack

That upper crust seems to be producing a quality bed surface for the new snow to slide on. N/O interface is currently bonding poorly. MFC was breaking more often while skinning southerly.
