Quick report
Went up Lost Johnny Road and rode the basins mainly below Peter's Ridge. The riding was surprisingly soft and fun above 5500'. The upper layers of the snowpack are much more consolidated and made for very some solid stucks if your track broke through to the lower layers. Observed a 1/2'' thick crust layer on all aspects except shaded Northern faces. The crust was audible and noticeable but not thick enough to really affect the riding much. Performed many slope cuts on steep test slopes and saw no signs of instability throughout the day.
