Quick report

The persistent weak layer is still a problem in the South of the range. We avoided avalanche terrain while out to give this layer time to bond out. I would carefully check the slope I wanted to go on before going in committing terrain.

Snowpack

The weak layer buried on 4/7 is definitely still present and reactive. Where we dug it was 33cm down with ECTP12. This layer is still around and now has a hard slab above it
