Out observing training at Leavitt Lake this morning from 7:45 till 10:30. Calm, no wind, clear skies. In the single digits this morning around 8 degrees, warmed up to mid 20s, before departing. Eastern aspect from lake level just above 9700 ft thick crust. Dug a small pit, earlier reported icy crust remains @ 80cm.
