While ascending Bear Trap at appx 745am, there was evidence of a slide on a steep west facing gully around 8500 ft. The slide itself did not surprise us with the recent snow but the width of it did. It was about 25 feet wide, and appeared to be less than 6" deep. While it had filled in, it appeared to have happened towards the end of the storm. The yellow in the far right of the photo shows the crown continuing, which was hard to see in the photo.
