Ski cut the slope and felt stiff snow, but very solid, not unlike how much of the Wasatch skied. We were concerned about wind slabs given the run and the amount of transport we had been seeing.
After deciding to continue skiing, was hit by sluff/slab that broke (at the ski cut) and carried the me about 15-25 ft vertical. I was able to dig skis back in and let the snow go over me. We were able to ski the debris field out (after some traverses) because the past slide took out the rest of the slab fall line.
