While traveling this ridgeline we spotted a recent natural avalanche in the far bowl.

It was shallow but propagated fairly wide. I'm estimating it at about 100' wide. This is one of the usual suspects in this canyon that frequently avalanches.

It ran about 500' vertical distance. The debris fanned out and did not appear to be all that deep.
