Quick report
Variable surface conditions: 8-10 cm of fresh snow atop 12/7 breakable rain crust in sheltered areas while wind scoured areas were firm. Our group did not travel on wind loaded aspects. ~15 cm of loose snow separated 12/7 crust from older, very stout crust. This loose snow seemed well bonded to both crusts, and we did not observe any reactivity within the layer. ECTX
