Storm slab

Was ridiculously windy. Could knock over my polls set in 10cm of snow. With my ski if I pushed it uphill from the skin track the top crust would come away very easily and could be held up in chunks as long as my forearm. Idk if that’s going to turn into a storm slab. But we skied down the ridge then across the flat instead of strait down the steep face. And didn’t observe any sluff or propagation of cracks in turns etc. In the valley it was snowing very lightly, in the alpine it was nealry a white out from the snow getting hurled around There were some crusty sections and some grippy parts in the snow but it was that good deep snow.
