Upper Ten Mile Fiord

Excellent deep powder, with little wind effect in valley bottom and in the trees. Lots of wild and large new wind features at ridge lines suggest rapid heavy loading in high start zones. Saw evidence if this of both sides of the valley. Cornice failures observed on N and NE facing aspects at higher elevations.

Hard sudden results in multiple test. Will be playing on our minds with the forecasted warming weather later this week.
