Skied 6 of 7 steps from Asulkan this morning.
Everything above the hut is wind blown, compact, below was more wind loaded
Below the Pterodactyl we were skiing a short path, both commented on the wind slab / potential for avalanche before first skier entered , ski cut did not trigger anything, second jump turn caused the slab to go, didn’t run far
Essentially the same thing occurred 100m down slope as we traversed across towards the ridge
Valley bottom looked very low tide, rocky. Large openings in the glacier , had to ski far skiers right
