Quick report
Day 1 of an AIARE 1. We did minimal travel to stay close to the cars, but dug a profile at 3100’ just above the PCT. Found the Jan. 4th down 53cms, the 12/30 down 83cms, & the Solstice Crust down 99cms. 1-2mm facets are forming above the Jan. 4th MFcr. Test results are as followed: -CTM20 RP down 53cms on Jan. 4th FC 1-2mm/MFcr. -CTH25 RP down 73cms on FC 1-2mm -DTX on 12/30 -ECTN23 down 53cms on Jan. 4th Temps were cold but the Commonwealth approach was sheltered from the wind in the old growth.
