Quick report
Previous wind loading and cornice formation apparent on NW-N-NE faces of ridges. Roughly 10cm thick MFcr present on sun-affected slopes from before this past weekend's snowfall. Any slope that faced slightly south skied loud, but more western slopes or shaded slopes skied a lot nicer. Travel difficult in sun-affected terrain as the top 9cm of the snowpack readily slides on top of the MF layer. New SH formation present on snow surface.

Snowpack
Buried 20241208 SH layer reactive (CT11 SC @9cm), but did not propagate (ECTN8 @ 9cm). 20241122 rain crust @85cm nearly faceted out with <5mm facets. Mostly right-side up snowpack built well. 20241208 SH layer and surface SH will be interesting to monitor with new snow incoming.
