At 2:30 PM at 6240 feet near base of pan-face, snow was wind scoured to the crust with pockets of fresh snow up to 2-3 cm. Strong W winds with extreme gusts. Intense blowing snow with notable snow transport to easterly aspects. Riding was variable but mostly bad, with breakable and non-breakable crust.
