Quick report
After seeing the bottom of Granite's big slide yesterday, I wanted to get up high and put eyes on the crown. Many large crowns along the south face of Granite. Additionally, there were many other slides to be observed in the surrounding areas. Broken cornices were also strewn about. As for the snow itself in the lower angle zones, heavily runnelled, heavy, and wet. Poor skiing conditions, but an educational morning. Once the snowmobilers showed up my day was done.
