Quick report
Skiing was better than anticipated with coverage ranging from 10-20cm at 4500' to 40-60cm at 6200' although many early season hazards (open creeks, shrubs, etc) were ever present. Despite a density inversion, the snow was quite stable with no signs of instability observed although we didn't venture into upper-elevation terrain. An ECT at 5700' on an East aspect recorded ECTN21 @20cm. Runnels in the snow below 4800' potentially from rain earlier this week.

Snowpack
The snowpack was upside down with the damp snow (4F) on top of the lighter snow (F) from the thursday/friday storm with two weak crusts (4F+) upper half of the snowpack (total HS 46cm @ 5700') I suspect from warmer spells over the past few days.
