There was significant amounts of snow being moved around by the wind. Reactive wind slab.
Avalanche
While skiing the north face of Mt Herman a wind slab avalanche about 40 feet wide and 6 inches deep was triggered. Skiier was not caught and was able to avoid being swept. While at the bottom of the bowl we stomped adjacent to the traditional exit point. Another small slide was triggered.
