Quick report
Toured in the Donner Pass area today. Snow totals (and HS) ranged from 4 in to 18 in. Ski pen/boot pen varied. Large Surface hoar was observed widespread on all shady/northerly aspects. Wind affect was also observed but not associated with any instability. Riding conditions were surprisingly good on all aspects.
