Quick Observation
It’s a bit of a struggle to get there but once above 2000m the snow is supportive and quite good. For November 1st the alpine is skiing well. No indicators of instabilities but some evidence of a small storm slab cycle within the last 48 hours to size 1.5. The skiing below 2000m is rugged, fuzzy and discipline is required to exit safely. Dug a test profile at 2300m, HS 125cms (variable distribution) CTM 14 RP dn 45cm, 4F over 4F+ and F at the surface, suspect a PPsd interface, no loupe. Not reactive to skiing though.
