Northwest Inland

Mostly breakable crust and icy conditions travelling uphill until approximately 1300m where some new snow was evident (approx 5cm). Clear and cold morning turned into moderate wind and over cast in the afternoon. Ski quality above 1300m was acceptable on slightly slab by condition. We did not venture higher than 1450m, though another group did and reported new windslab formation into the cabin bowl. Below 1300m it was survival skiing back to the parking lot.
